JOB TITLE: SOUS CHEF

Salary: Depending on work experience, duty meals, free uniform, employee discount (upon regularization)
Qualifications:
At least 2 - 3 yrs experience as a Sous Chef in high end/ reputable establishments
A bachelor's degree in culinary is preferred
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices
Job Description:
Reports and follows through all delegated tasks given by the Chef De Cuisine to ensure that they are done in a timely manner by the kitchen staff and supervisor
Approves daily sales food purchasing - direct suppliers or from commissary
Checks on the Jr Sous Chef/ CDP on the deliveries undelivered, 86 items. Reports to the CDC all lacking items/ 86 items
Controls daily all store/ kitchen purchases to practice stock management skills
Monitors kitchen inventory
Approves the kitchen inventory daily
Monitors spoilage and trimming to lessen the cost in the store
Checks the accomplished store checklists for discrepancies, need for improvement, or needs revisions
Prepares the kitchen work schedule for the store
Resort to the CDC the updated weekly work schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
