Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling and formatting bid proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements.
- Write and edit letters, estimates, and other formal documents as part of the bidding and client communication process.
- Send and respond to emails related to bids, follow-ups, and project clarifications in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all bids submitted, including correspondence, plans, and revisions.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate bid submissions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to take accurate measurements (degree or background in construction/architecture or related field is preferred).
- Prior experience in bidding, estimating, or administrative support is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in email communication and basic document formatting (e.g., Word, Excel, PDF).
- Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
