Job Summary
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is to assist and support the Compensation and Benefits Supervisor and the team in administering the company’s structure and benefits program. Assist in employee’s concern related in compensation and benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in Timekeeping and Payroll (All Entities)
- Configure and maintain timekeeping systems (manual and automated) ensuring they accurate capture the employee’s work hours, attendance, leave, Overtime and Official Business of the employees
- Check , encode and validate do to summary of the attendance, leave, Overtime requests and transportation and meal reimbursement of the team members
- Encode and process in payroll system all data needed, attendance, overtime, loan
- Submit to Compensation Benefits and Administration Supervisor the payroll that process from the payroll system
- Ensure all new employees was enroll for the ATM in Bank partner for disbursement of their salary
- Responsible in preparing and distribution of payslip of the employees
- Prepare the reports of compliance of statutory benefits, deductions and remittances to applicable government agencies
- Ensure correct reports/encoding of remittance of SSS, HDMF, and Phil-health base on table of contribution
- Handle and process the benefits avail and reimbursement from SSS, Pag-ibig and Phil-health and other govt agencies.
- Monitor and updates the resign and retired employees to Statutory benefits deductions and remittances to applicable government agencies
- Issuance of Company Uniform
- Process the Cash Advance Loan and Emergency Loan of Employees
- · Updates and monitor collection of monthly loan payment during monthly payroll

- Head Office - Lot 10-A, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna
Working Experience
- Fresh Graduate
- Advantage with experience atleast 1 year in Compensation and Benefits
Educational Background
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Human Resources Management
