- Responsible for coordinating the entire station to provide excellent service to the guests.
- Does order taking and ensures proper serving of food orders to the guests. Ensures that the guests are satisfied with the food and service, responds to additional requests;
- Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave.
