Role Summary
Provides backend support for sales operations by maintaining accurate order tracking, coordinating with logistics, handling return/refund documentation, and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes on all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management and Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve order-related issues (cancellations, returns, refunds), and escalate unshipped or delayed orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Support the warehouse team by coordinating with platforms for fulfillment concerns and liaising for pick-up and delivery.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Audit account health, consolidate fulfillment metrics (e.g., cancellation, return/refund rates), and audit completed orders against platform SLAs.
- Inventory and Data Management: Update master stock lists (including near-expiry products) and download financial documents.
- Process Improvement: Assist in fulfillment process audits and reports, evaluate common issues to propose solutions, and contribute to process improvement documentation.
- Project Support: Provide assistance for specific initiatives like shop creation, uploading new listings, and reviewing/implementing platform policy updates.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate with Finance for tax-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or logistics/fulfillment operations.
- Demonstrated familiarity with e-commerce platform backends (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets, including data organization and basic formula application.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome.
