JOB LEVEL REQUIRED:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Admin with atleast 150 employees. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management. Experience in construction company is an advantage.
OFFICE LOCATION: Sogod, Southern Leyte
INDICATE HOW MANY EMPLOYEES: 250 - 300
SALARY & BENEFITS:
· 30,000 – 40,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications
· 20 Paid Service Incentive Leaves which can be used either Vacation Leave or Sick Leave- Received in First Year - Accrued
· Company issued cellphone and work laptop.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
888 ACY is seeking for a highly motivated HR/Admin Manager to oversee employee relations, benefits administration, policy making, compliance, and performance management. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align HR practices with organizational goals and legal standards. Strong knowledge of labor laws, performance management, HR best practices, and leadership skills are essential for the ideal candidate. Leading and managing a team of HR and administrative professionals.
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources and Admin services, policies, and programs for the entire company. They have the knack for recruiting the right talents, is experienced in employee engagement, strategic in retention plans, keen on performance management and is adept at identifying problems and finding solutions. The HR Manager will lead the team in promoting corporate values, to stimulate and sustain a positive culture, create a workplace that feels safe, motivated and happy while adhering to processes and policies to help influence and execute business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for management of end-to-end employee cycle (recruitment, on-boarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee-employer relation and off-boarding)
· Develop, review and implement HR strategies, budgets, targets and policies in alignment with business goals.
· Work closely with inter-department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
· Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary assessment.
· Over all in charge of all external manpower requirements.
· Process monthly payroll, tax clearance and government contributions.
· Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
· Lead and manage a team of HR and Administrative professionals.
· Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Admin with at least 200 employees. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management. Experience in Distributor Company is an advantage. Well versed with the Labor Code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulation.
· Able to multi-task and work independently.
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
