Overview:We’re looking for a tech-savvy and design-driven Kajabi Virtual Assistant who can hit the ground running with Kajabi, Canva, and online design tools. If you’re a self-starter who loves creating beautiful, functional online assets while ensuring seamless processes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts.
- Redesign a 55-page workbook to be fillable and visually appealing.
- Design and build a membership page in Kajabi, including research on best practices for community setup.
- Set up custom member forms in Monday.com.
- Redesign and modernize an existing website.
- Set up a custom chatbot for client engagement.
- Check, refine, and optimize the checkout and invoicing process in Kajabi/Stripe.
Immediate Tasks:
- Design and create a Kajabi membership page.
- Redesign the fillable workbook.
- Create and schedule Instagram posts.
- Build member forms in Monday.com.
- Review and improve Kajabi/Stripe checkout and invoice workflows.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Kajabi and Canva (prompting/AI tools is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with excellent design sense.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Highly reliable, organized, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
