QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Education, or related field
- Training & Development certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of retail experience in a store leadership role (e.g., Store Head, Sales Coach)
- Strong background in customer service, sales, and team coaching
- Dedicated and willing to be assigned at SM City Naga
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Retail Trainer is responsible for delivering in-store training and coaching focused on product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills. Assigned to one store per month within a designated region, the role involves providing daily coaching and facilitating weekly learning sessions to support store team development. This position plays a key role in improving store KPIs and serves as a potential development track for future Store Head roles
INCHARGE IN;
- Coach store teams on product knowledge, GREET, and selling skills.
- Lead huddles, quizzes, and on-floor coaching sessions.
- Track and report sales KPIs and mystery shopper scores.
- Submit monthly reports and success highlights.
- Collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps.
- Rotate across stores monthly.
- Spot and support high-potential staff.
- Share insights with the Training Team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
